Position of advertisement
All advertisements will appear either at the beginning of the book,
following the Introduction, or at the end of the book. Position of the
advertisement within these sections will be based on availability.
Payment
Payable immediately upon submission of Advertiser's Request Form
(see above) or
upon receipt of invoice if requested.
Payment may be by UK £ or US $ cheque. Visa and MasterCard
also accepted.
General Advertisement will be only
be included in the first print run of any Edition.
Inclusion in any reprint or further edition will be by further payment.

Press and this service will be billed separately.

Copy may be provided in any of the following formats:
Quark XPress files complete with all fonts and imports in
4 colour process or b/w. Imports should be TIFF or EPS with a resolution
of at least 300 dpi.
TIFF/EPS file. 4 colour or b/w. Resolution at least 300dpi.
PDF file in 4 colour process or b/w. Resolution at least 300dpi.
Camera-ready hard copy.
All copy should be sent to The Lavenham Press at the above address.
Dalton Watson Fine Books reserves the right to refuse or edit advertisements.
Shipping
Reciprocation books will be shipped by airmail or surface, depending
on destination, and without charge to any specified address. Any Tax or
Import duties must be paid by advertiser
