The first edition of a new book on the Bugatti type 57S by Bernhard Simon and Julius Kruta is now available. It is beautifully printed on 150g/qm art paper, has pictures in satin finish, sewn binding and linen tissue cover with relief printing. The standard edition is limited to a 1000 unnumbered copies. It has 306 pages, 110 pages of text, 360 pictures, among them 238 old period pictures, 137 of them previously unpublished.

The book has been written in two parts. The first covers a description of the precursors of the Bugatti 57S type, the prototypes, works cars and racing cars. The second part has the history of each production car, including period and recent pictures. In the Appendix there are datasheets covering all the cars.
